I use to enjoy a Subway sandwich every now and then, while out for lunch or needing a quick dinner. However every since I had an issue in one of the Subway restaurants, I have never set foot in any of their establishments again.
Subway doesn’t respond to customer issues or concerns, if you have a problem in one one of these restaurant don’t expect a response, a reply or even a coupon from this company. So don’t even waste your time complaining to the corporate office, CEO, or the establishment you patronized either. Subway customer service is the worst of the worse. When there is an issue, they would rather loose your business then provide exceptional customer service. They do not care about their customers or what they think, they only care about the money. When they receive a complaint, they just ignore it in the hopes that you will just go away and forget about it.
The CEO, Fred DeLuca will disrespect and ignore you, and he has trained his reps to do the same, even If you threaten never to eat at another Subway establishment again. It’s a shame Fred DeLuca didn’t learn anything from “Undercover Boss“, and there is clearly a lot more his company needs to learn about customer service and support, and how to respond and reply to complaints before everyone is saying Subway no way!
