Whatever you do keep moving when it comes to this site! High Sierra is the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. They don’t respond by email except the generic response will be in touch.
If High Sierra makes a mistake and sends you the wrong item their policy is we don’t care!
If you want the right item you have to PAY FOR IT AGAIN well the wrong item gets returned for a refund. I don’t know about you but I’m not about to pay for the right item twice. Their mistake but to return their mistake you have to get through to someone first (took me 48 hours) and then wait for three days for APPROVAL for a return label and then return their mistake and wait for processing then wait for the right item to ship if it ever does.
Customer service is about admitting mistakes apologizing and getting the customer the right item right away. This company claims it’s their policy they make a mistake and you the customer has to fix it! Great Policy, please think twice when it comes to shopping at High Sierra.
