Your money goes away with CashnetUSA

CashnetUSA doesn’t give loans, they ask you to provide money on a card, provide them with the card information, and then they take it, and when you call looking for your loan, then they say they need more money on another card to prove that you can payback the so called loan your never going to receive.

The only person loaning money here, is the consumer who gets ripped off by way of Gift Cards. If this was a reliable company, they would not require you to front money for money, nor would they ask you to purchase gift cards. Never give these fools access to your cash, because your money will go away with cashnetUSA.

American Residential Warranty, your claim is Denied!

American Residential Home Warranty, also know as ARW makes claims in their commercial that their warranty coverage gives the Home Owner peace of mind, but once something happens and you call them with a claim, there is always some reason that your claim is denied. The Home Owner is left to worry, and repair items and parts that ARW claims are not covered under their Warranty policy.

Consumers have complained about not receiving the policy, or list of items covered and not covered. Then when they go to make a claim suddenly this list is available. ARW also is the one to place the work order for the repairs and you must use the company of their choice. You the Home Owner are left to wait and wonder about who’s coming to service your needed repair.

This type of warranty is really not worth it. With the price of the ARW policy, and all the non covered parts and claim denials, it’s only more of a headache for the Home Owner than its worth. Always investigate and research a company and their complaints before purchase, only then will you have peace of mind.

Lipozene the free trial scheme

Lipozene, is a free trial scheme that will cost you more than just possible weight loss. Any commercial that makes claims that only serious people who want to loose weight should request their free trial, because Lipozene is worth the price, is a red flag!

Once you receive your free sample, what Lipozene doesn’t want you to know is that you will be charged over one hundred dollars immediately upon receipt, because you have now signed up for an auto bill monthly subscription to this product and you cannot cancel, because your second bottle is already on it’s way.

There are many complaints about Lipozene, consumers have mentioned not loosing any weight, sickness from the drug, unauthorized charges, and being unable to cancel the auto monthly subscription. There are no clinical studies proving it’s effectiveness, Lipozene (Obesity Research Institute LLC) was fined 1.5 million by the FTC for making misleading claims about weight loss. This is just a scam to get your hard earned money and leave you with a worthless weight loss product. Don’t waste your time and energy taking Lipozene, there are many ways to loose weight, and this is not one of them. The only thing you will loose is your MONEY!

Meaningful Beauty’s unauthorized secret

Meaningful Beauty this infomercial make claims of the product costing just $39.95 plus shipping and handling. What they don’t want you to know about is after you receive your item, that is just the first of many monthly shipments that will be charged to your card on file without your authorization.

Meaningful Beauty‘s secret is your next shipment will cost you $100.00 or more. Once you realize your account has been over drawn, and your flat broke because of these unknown and unauthorized charges by Meaningful Beauty, and can try to cancel the subscription you didn’t know you signed up for, guess what, your next package is already on it’s way and Meaningful Beauty has charged your card again.

Never give these guys your credit card information based on trusting a celebrity (Cindy Crawford), who can afford these outrageous monthly payments for just some face cream.

Beckens every road leads to a scam.

Beckens Moving Company is the worst of the moving industry, they give our solders with moving orders an estimate for their move and return all calls, and then once the customer signs the binding contract, the truck shows up days late, the driver now wants $100’s of dollars for packing materials. Then they try to charge $150 just to pack a Flat Screen TV! These people fought for our country and this company is working to rip them and the Armed Forces off.

Now once Beckens Moving Company gets your stuff you might never get it back, and if you do they will want more money out of you. Even after they provided you with rotten service, they will give no discount and will just have the so called third party driver that you didn’t hire, try to force you to pay whatever he requests to retrieve your belongings.

When you try to contact Beckens, they have stopped taking your calls, and they are no longer located at the address on the contract. When they do answer the phone they are rude, disrespectful, nasty and will tell you they will call you back, but that never happens, and once they do finally deliver your belongings it’s months late from the delivery date and the driver is asking for more money, isn’t that funny.

If you need to move, don’t call these fools, by the time you get your things back you will already have replaced most of it and have paid extra for it. If Beckens Moving Company has picked up your belongings and lost them or are holding them hostage for more money then your binding contract allows, call http://www.moverescue.com/ and fight back. This company has an F rating with the BBB and is not customer friendly!

Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move

Consumers vent about Prosvent

Prosvent.com make claims that they have the natural prostate care solution in this infomercial. “GUARANTEED to give you RELIEF in less than 30 days, with no side effects, fewer trips to the rest room, sleep through the night again, sit through a full movie and Enjoy better sex”.

Consumers have complained about it not working in 30 days and being tricked into paying for a 60 day supply because they receive an extra bottle in shipment and told to take it for 60 days to see results. This infomercial promises a 100% satisfaction or a full refund, but consumers have complained about not being able to get through to customer service and when they do they are given excuses of a 30 day time frame for refunds, made to pay for the 60 day supply, and then received future shipments and charges due to their auto ship scam.

Prosvent.com tells the consumer to try it for 60 days even though the site and infomercial claims you should see results in your so called free 30 day supply, just to hide the fact that you have signed up for auto purchases every month, and you will be charged for that extra 30 day supply bottle a whopping $79.85, and then the next months auto ship bottle for another $79.85 is on it’s way. Never sign up for monthly purchases, once you do it’s hard to cancel, then they place unauthorized charges on your credit card, rip you off with their defective products and provided poor customer service. Always review before you purchase.
