Subway No way!

I use to enjoy a Subway sandwich every now and then, while out for lunch or needing a quick dinner. However every since I had an issue in one of the Subway restaurants, I have never set foot in any of their establishments again.

Subway doesn’t respond to customer issues or concerns, if you have a problem in one one of these restaurant don’t expect a response, a reply or even a coupon from this company. So don’t even waste your time complaining to the corporate office, CEO, or the establishment you patronized either. Subway customer service is the worst of the worse. When there is an issue, they would rather loose your business then provide exceptional customer service. They do not care about their customers or what they think, they only care about the money. When they receive a complaint, they just ignore it in the hopes that you will just go away and forget about it.

The CEO, Fred DeLuca will disrespect and ignore you, and he has trained his reps to do the same, even If you threaten never to eat at another Subway establishment again. It’s a shame Fred DeLuca didn’t learn anything from “Undercover Boss“, and there is clearly a lot more his company needs to learn about customer service and support, and how to respond and reply to complaints before everyone is saying Subway no way!

USPS Store gets a low score.

USPS offers a place online to order stamps and shipping materials called the USPS Store. People have complained of ordering items that never arrive, when they contact the USPS Store the customer service representatives act as though they are just trying to get something for nothing.

Their shipping is slow, and the item may ship it out signature required if you complain, so your forced to go to the local Post Office to sign for it anyway, why not just go there in the first place. This store gets a really low score for customer friendliness and service.

TWC Modem leasing fees, and the Class Action Suit

It’s bad enough that Time Warner Cable has awful customer service and they now require digital adapters on analog TV‘s for a fee, but starting November 2012 they are going to start charging long time customers a so called leasing fee for their internet modems of $3.95 a month. If your not happy about that, you can buy your own but it must be one that’s approved for service by Time Warner Cable and that could run about $200 or more.

Buy or lease your modem

“According to CNY Time Warner Communications Manager Stephanie Salanger, the company’s main goal is to give customers the best experience possible and charging the fee will allow them to continually service the equipment and enhance their Internet services.”

That’s funny, considering customers have complained of having the worst experience possible with this company, and charging this additional fee more and more consumers will be leaving TWC. They boast about having so many ways to contact customer service, chat, email and phone, but if you try to call it’s always busy, if you open a chat session you get referred to call, and if you email they will reply with a referral to call, or no response at all.

Time Warner Cable figures if you can’t get through their busy phone line to complain, you’ll just go away, and if you do get through, they will say anything to get you off the phone, they will tell you “they are going to escalate your complaint and someone will call you back”. Well that won’t happen, these reps could care less, unless you don’t pay your bill you will never hear back from them. This company has the worst service by far, and now they are starting to gouge us with fee’s. Time to make a change, and start to complain email the CEO below.

Consumers vent about Prosvent

Prosvent.com make claims that they have the natural prostate care solution in this infomercial. “GUARANTEED to give you RELIEF in less than 30 days, with no side effects, fewer trips to the rest room, sleep through the night again, sit through a full movie and Enjoy better sex”.

Consumers have complained about it not working in 30 days and being tricked into paying for a 60 day supply because they receive an extra bottle in shipment and told to take it for 60 days to see results. This infomercial promises a 100% satisfaction or a full refund, but consumers have complained about not being able to get through to customer service and when they do they are given excuses of a 30 day time frame for refunds, made to pay for the 60 day supply, and then received future shipments and charges due to their auto ship scam.

Prosvent.com tells the consumer to try it for 60 days even though the site and infomercial claims you should see results in your so called free 30 day supply, just to hide the fact that you have signed up for auto purchases every month, and you will be charged for that extra 30 day supply bottle a whopping $79.85, and then the next months auto ship bottle for another $79.85 is on it’s way. Never sign up for monthly purchases, once you do it’s hard to cancel, then they place unauthorized charges on your credit card, rip you off with their defective products and provided poor customer service. Always review before you purchase.
